Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include developing and optimizing AI-powered tools using large language models (LLMs) for various applications such as virtual tutoring, content generation, and business automation. The role involves fine-tuning and deploying LLMs, applying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and building and maintaining AI chatbots and co-writing assistants. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and frontend developers to implement AI solutions, design prompt engineering strategies, and evaluate model performance. Responsibilities also include deploying and scaling AI applications using cloud services, documenting technical findings, and participating in the full software development lifecycle. The position requires conducting ongoing research into AI technologies and optimizing machine learning models while troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues. Furthermore, the developer will design and implement Multi-Agent AI systems for specific workflows, develop RAG pipelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
