Responsibility

Participation in testing and defect management to ensure the quality of developments is essential. Responsibilities also include tracking, monitoring, and reporting project implementation status regularly to ensure deliverables are on schedule, as well as providing documentation, training, and ongoing support to users. The position requires managing internal IT projects and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors with minimal supervision. Additionally, the role may involve collaborating with stakeholders to create and implement digital strategies, conducting market analysis, and leading design thinking workshops to prototype innovative solutions.
