Business Analyst

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs, translating complex requirements into detailed user stories and specifications, and conducting detailed requirements analysis and documentation. The role involves managing projects, performing user acceptance testing, and evaluating business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Responsibilities also include providing technical advice and support for corporate IT systems, data management, and order processes, as well as tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project implementation status. The Business Analyst will develop and maintain documentation, training, and ongoing support for users, assist in reviewing business processes, and develop optimization strategies. Additionally, the position requires designing conversational flows for natural interactions, supporting agile sprints, and analyzing product usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
