Responsibility

The role involves collaborating with business and technology teams to foster innovation, leading the planning and execution of Generative AI applications, and developing long-term strategies aligned with business objectives. The Director is responsible for defining the enterprise AI strategy, conducting build-vs-buy-vs-partner analyses, and serving as the primary AI advisor to the executive team. Additionally, the position requires building and maintaining an AI transformation roadmap, designing AI-native infrastructure, and managing the architecture of a scalable AI platform. The Director will also collaborate with various business departments to identify AI opportunities, establish a structured AI use-case intake process, and promote best practices to enhance the organization’s AI maturity. Lastly, the role includes driving the end-to-end sales process for Lending Solutions and AI-enabled offerings, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
