Generative AI Developer

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include designing, developing, and implementing generative AI models for APAC projects and company products related to Digital Humans and Gen AI solutions. This involves partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and integrate Gen AI models into real-world applications. Conducting research to explore new techniques and methodologies in generative AI is essential, as well as ensuring the successful deployment of models in production environments and monitoring their performance for ongoing optimization. The role requires experimenting with datasets to enhance model performance and accuracy, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and refining models based on feedback. Documentation of development processes, findings, and best practices is also a key responsibility, alongside staying updated with advancements in generative AI and participating in team meetings to contribute ideas for product development and improvement.
