Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include participating in requirement analysis, system design, and application development; conducting system unit testing and providing UAT support; preparing documentation such as business specifications, technical specifications, and user manuals; assisting in the development and implementation of IT applications and AI projects; studying generative AI tools and acting as an AI Ambassador; developing and maintaining a consolidated project database; collaborating with regional teams to document templates; ensuring data accuracy and consistency; supporting exploratory data analysis and modeling related to health and claims data; aiding in the design and development of customer-facing dashboards; conducting research on healthcare topics; participating in proof-of-concept projects using large language models; architecting and integrating the AI-Agent platform; leveraging and fine-tuning large language models; developing external tools/APIs; and monitoring performance through data analytics and user feedback.
