The common responsibilities for this position include providing end-to-end support for the development and management of public and in-company digital training programs, including procurement, preparation of promotional materials, and post-evaluation. Managing portal content updates and contributing to new feature development is essential. Engaging with digital domain experts and industry stakeholders to initiate digital training programs across sectors is also required. Supporting the manager in various initiatives and projects to enhance the digital capabilities of SMEs or enterprises is a key duty. Additionally, scheduling and preparing documents for faculty and committee meetings, organizing the Division Head's calendar, and providing secretarial support to faculty members are part of the role. Assisting in the recruitment process, handling employment documentation with HR, and arranging logistics for visitors and seminar speakers are also included. The position involves coordinating conferences and seminars, managing daily secretarial tasks, tracking office supplies, handling budgets and correspondence, processing reimbursements, and ensuring policy compliance. Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor is expected.
