Research Associate

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include assisting the project leader in various research projects, conducting experiments and data collection, performing research and data analysis, preparing and executing trial tests, and preparing reports, articles, and executive-level written materials. Additionally, the role involves coordinating project implementation, overseeing data collection, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, leading database construction and management, and designing AI-based prediction and assessment tools. The appointee will also collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, document tasks, provide feedback and optimization support for models, and perform administrative tasks to support project operations. Other duties may include conducting interviews, monitoring data collection, and assisting in the development of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
