Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Document system designs, workflows, and technical decisions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Provide operational and technical support, including after-hours system support as needed. Support the integration of AI-related frameworks and tools, and manage transformation projects end-to-end.
