Construction Superintendent

Responsibility

The common responsibilities for this position include performing site supervision of civil construction works to ensure compliance with specified requirements for materials and workmanship, monitoring work progress, and maintaining records. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality assurance through site inspections and quality checks, and overseeing the safety practices of the workforce. The incumbent is also responsible for anticipating and solving construction problems, preparing daily work records and progress reports, and supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works. Additionally, the position may require performing T3 duties under the Site Safety Supervision Plan and conducting night or overnight work as needed.
